Nice hat, fits well if a bit tight. Packs well in day pack. Wore in Greece while on holiday recently. Sadly it's susceptible to staining from sunscreen. These stains are permanent it seems, after trying a few washing options. It's affected the look of the hat and less likely to use regularly now.

Failsworth hat in grey Nicely styled easy to wear hat which, just for a change, appears to be made in Britain. The stitching could do with being a bit more accurate and the 'hidden pocket' is basically a gap in the lining in the top of the hat, but it does have a good strong brim wire which makes the hat easily shapeable. One thing to note though is that the hat sizes are not as above, the large is marked at 7 1/4 which is 58cm not 59cm and I found it a shade tight in comparison to what I normally purchase in a large. It remains to be seen whether the hat will stretch over time. A chin strap would also have been a useful feature. All in all not bad for the money.
